Lead a team of HR partners to collaborate effectively across the dealership
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, designing and delivering HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and organizational effectiveness

Requirements
Business‑level proficiency in English and Japanese, with the ability to operate independently
Progressive HR leadership experience, including senior HR management roles
Proven success leading company‑wide HR strategy in complex, matrixed organizations
Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent acquisition and management, and cultural transformation
Strong experience in employee and labour relations, compliance, and risk management
Experience with HR technologies, analytics platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
Proven ability to work closely with executive leadership and boards on strategic people and organizational issues
