Job Description

We are looking for a HR & Digital Training Internship based in Marseille – Château Gombert. Your main mission will be: develop new digital training content with the help of AI tools.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop new digital training content with the help of AI tools for the entire CMR Group
  • Manage and roll out the 2026 Skills Development Plan: Organize and monitor all training, including regulatory and job-specific training, for the Marseille site
  • Prepare the BDESE (Economic and Social Database): Participate in updating and optimizing this essential tool for monitoring social information for the Marseille site
  • Communicate about the Holivia mental health tool: Manage and regularly promote communication about this wellness platform for employees to foster a healthy work environment

Requirements

  • Knowledge of training engineering desired
  • Proficiency with IT tools (Office Suite)
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral

  • You love exploring and prototyping new technical experiences. This could be through partnerships with consulting partnerships initially to spearheading hackathons and innovation labs that produce new prototypes for addressing Associate needs.
  • Leverage Associate feedback channels such as quarterly engagement pulses, to measure and assess consistent digital Associate engagement and experience.
  • Develop and own digital dashboards across the CoE using data and insight to inform our design and decision making.
  • Partner with executive team to build and lead the HR innovation arm of Human Resources by design and implementing a design thinking programs and workshops, leveraging human center design best practices.
  • Translate program design into an innovative, technologically forward thinking and operational efficient solution that balances things like quality of Associate experience and operational cost of delivering.
