Ericsson is seeking a motivated HR Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Delivery Specialist, you will effectively execute HR processes, perform analysis, and propose enhancements to our system. You will play a vital role in HR projects and manage relationships with our local vendors. Job Responsibility
Deliver Human Resources services such as Respond to Tier 2 enquiries for Employees and Line Managers
Time evaluation error handling
Time Interface Error log analysis & error clearing, Time evaluation execution, error handling and support
Perform Quota, Work schedules & holiday updates
Perform other time administration activities
Provide Project & Process Support
Participate in global & regional release testing
Support on Time Management Projects, M&A and Outsourcings
Experience with Organization Management (OM) and PA (Personnel Administration)
Participate in User Acceptance Testing for SAP HR Time & Payroll and SuccessFactors (SF)
Support Payroll and HR in topics related to time & payroll
Work as an interpreter between local payroll & HR contacts and the IT vendors
Requirements
Minimum 8 years experience in HR Delivery- Time Management
Experience on SAP HRMS (OM, PA, PY & Time) is mandatory
Minimum hands on experience on SAP HCM should be of 2 years
Understanding of basics of Time management landscape/time reporting and approval
Experience in updating and creating local & global quick guides, work instructions and documents for both internal team use and end users as well
Experience in Employee records creation in SAP HRMS- Employee Master data management in SAP(Not on any other tool), Hiring, leaving, salary changes, CC changes
