The HRP&D Core HR (Employee Lifecycle Team) is responsible for optimizing the sustainable and cost-effective availability and mobilization of appropriate people skills required to deliver the HR committed scope of services and at the expected level of quality. The UK & Europe Core HR Team is the delivery engine providing the Employee Life Cycle HR Services across the UK & Europe cluster- region’s all countries to the HR partners and employees and is providing its services in strict accordance with the processes and procedures. Job Responsibility:
Deliver HR services, processes and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers, as well as possess the mindset to increase process effectiveness and efficiency
Responsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle Partner with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centres of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutions
Ensure escalated client/employee issues beside the BAU activities and processes are resolved with urgency, completed, monitored, controlled, coordinated and employment policies and practices are interpreted consistently
Work closely with all key stakeholders including, HRA, manager, employee, Employee Relations (ER), Legal, as well as build and maintain partnerships to foster trust and accountability, meet project needs, work on BAU process reviews and improvements
Resolve moderately complex HR issues conferring with managers, when necessary, assist progressively larger or more complex employee populations and participate on cross-Citi projects, support processing, monitoring, controlling and coordination of team works, actions and projects
Act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
5-8 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of applicable Employment laws and regulations
Working knowledge of industry standards and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday
Proficiency in metrics and reporting
Ability to work in fast paced environment, to fast adjust to changes, take ownership and being proactive.
Clear and concise written and verbal English communication at high level
