We are seeking an individual to join our Global HR Data Maintenance team, supporting timely and accurate delivery of global and local organisational data changes. This role works closely with Vodafone Group, local market stakeholders, and WPA teams to manage sensitive restructures and updates, while ensuring high standards of data quality, compliance, and customer-focused service delivery. The role is well suited to someone early in their HR data career who is keen to develop expertise in global HR systems and processes.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver global and local organisational data changes, restructures, and updates in coordination with Vodafone Group, local markets, and WPA teams
Support bulk uploads and data changes arising from reorganisations and system updates
Process HR transactions accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across employee, organisational, job, and compensation records
Maintain data security and privacy in line with internal policies and external regulations
Analyse existing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Global Data Maintenance
Identify and support digitisation and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Support testing of SuccessFactors system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations impacting data structures
Respond to queries from stakeholders, HR business partners, and market points of contact related to dashboards, bulk uploads, data changes, and reorganisations
Requirements:
Foundational understanding of HR data processes and an interest in global HR operations
Familiar with, or keen to learn, SuccessFactors (including OM and EC) and SAP OM/PA modules
Comfortable working with position, person, and organisational data relationships
Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
A graduate, with an MBA in HR being advantageous
Early in your career, with up to 1 year of relevant experience, ideally within a shared services or HR operations environment
