We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Data Analyst to join our HR team. This role will work closely with our global HR teams to support data reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good communication, and a passion for working with data to drive meaningful HR insights.
Job Responsibility:
Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from multiple sources including HRIS, ATS, payroll, and employee records
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for global and local HR teams
Support HR metrics and analytics such as headcount, attrition, hiring trends, performance, compensation, and workforce planning
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards
Partner with global HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven insights
Assist in automating reports and improving data processes for increased efficiency
Support key HR projects involving data analysis, audits, policy updates, and compliance reporting
Maintain confidentiality and follow data governance best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
3 - 5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or similar data-focused roles
