This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to play a key role in managing and analyzing human resources information systems (HRIS). The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HRIS implementation and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and supporting efficient HR operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain HRIS platforms to ensure data integrity and system functionality
Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning
Lead or support the implementation of new HRIS systems, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with organizational needs
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Develop and generate reports from HRIS systems to meet organizational requirements
Provide training and support to HR staff on effective system usage and best practices
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations within HRIS operations
Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency
Document processes and create user guides for HRIS-related tasks and workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, including implementation and analysis
Strong proficiency with UltiPro HRIS or similar systems
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex HR data
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards
Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present data insights
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and recommend practical solutions
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
