Job Description

HR Data Administrator role maintaining and improving the integrity of HR data, ensuring employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Full-time onsite position with immediate start.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and update HR systems with employee data (new starters, leavers, changes)
  • Support HR reporting and analytics by preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislation
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to streamline data processes
  • Assist with audits and data cleansing projects
  • Provide administrative support across the HR function as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration or data management
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, or similar)
  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Car driver essential due to location
