HR Data Administrator role maintaining and improving the integrity of HR data, ensuring employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Full-time onsite position with immediate start.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update HR systems with employee data (new starters, leavers, changes)
Support HR reporting and analytics by preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislation
Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to streamline data processes
Assist with audits and data cleansing projects
Provide administrative support across the HR function as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR administration or data management
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, or similar)
Understanding of data protection and confidentiality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Car driver essential due to location
