This is an intermediate level position which is a great stepping stone to your further development on more senior roles within Citi HR Team. You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a broad range of HR services to client groups Citi.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver support in the form of answering HR related inquiries to HR Customers including Citi employees, former employees and third-party vendors in the areas related but not limited to pay, tax, time and absence, benefits, employee data and system navigation via approved contact channels
Ensure tasks completion in a timely manner with respect to the targets as defined by the regional and global management
Maintain high standard of professional etiquette and work ethics as well as proper task prioritization
Proactively act to ensure continuity of service on all HR Connect support channels such as ticketing platform and employee hotline
Educate employees on how to efficiently utilize self-service tools through direct access channels
Assist in process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction
Participate in projects as assigned by the Team Leader
Raise challenges, continuously monitoring and evaluation of performance to identify areas of process enhancements and explore further possibilities of improvement (e.g. Bright Ideas)
Requirements:
Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in the area of Human Resources
Working knowledge of HR business processes
Full proficiency in both Polish and English language (min. B2) is a must
Experience in identifying process improvements and supporting associated implementation efforts
Team player with a clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
