Job Responsibility:
Shape and execute HR, Talent, and L&D strategies that align with global direction and local business needs
Strengthen a culture grounded in excellence, care and collaboration
Coach and influence senior leaders, supporting them to build confident, future‑ready teams
Partner with executives to design agile structures and build the capabilities needed for growth
Lead strategic and tactical Industrial Relations across Australia and New Zealand
Lead succession, talent management and leadership development across multiple divisions
Drive continuous improvement, process harmonisation and high‑quality people operations
Ensure the HR function operates with integrity, precision and a human‑centred approach
Inspire, mentor and develop a team of HR professionals who reflect our EVP in their daily work — precise in their thinking, personal in their interactions, and positive in their impact
Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Relations, Business Management or Human Resources
Senior HR leader with experience in complex, multi-business environments, ideally manufacturing or logistics
Strong expertise in industrial relations, talent management and organisational change
Proven people leader with a collaborative, values-driven approach
Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders
Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer needs and satisfaction
Possesses excellent strategic business acumen
Exhibits strong analytical capabilities with the ability to think broadly and holistically
