Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Relations, Business Management or Human Resources
  • Senior HR leader with experience in complex, multi-business environments, ideally manufacturing or logistics
  • Strong expertise in industrial relations, talent management and organisational change
  • Proven people leader with a collaborative, values-driven approach
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders
