Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent experience in an HR-related role
Proven experience in general HR coordination and administration
Practical knowledge of payroll processes and the ability to assist with fortnightly cycles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
A respectful approach to cultural practices, including an essential commitment to Te Reo Māori pronunciation and daily Tikanga Māori
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn new HR information systems
