A global manufacturing company headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, is searching for an HR Coordinator to assist with their expanding workforce. This role offers a unique opportunity to support employees in a dynamic and fast-moving industry.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating recruitment efforts, including reviewing job descriptions, posting to job boards, and scheduling interviews
Assisting employees and managers with HR policy questions and concerns
Managing employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive start for all new hires
Assisting in tracking time-off requests and managing payroll data entry for employees
Supporting employee development programs, including training schedules and certifications
Organizing employee recognition programs and helping create a collaborative work environment
Requirements:
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, or similar systems)
A detail-oriented individual with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
A degree in HR or related field preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered
