We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient human resources operations and exceptional support for employees and new hires. Job Responsibility:
Oversee employee credentialing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation
Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) to keep employee records accurate and organized
Conduct employment verifications and respond to related inquiries in a timely manner
Provide prompt and attentive customer service to employees and management
Collaborate with the HR team to enhance processes and improve employee experience
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding and compliance, is preferred
Experience with ADP is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
Knowledge of employment verification procedures and HR compliance standards
Previous experience in healthcare or related industries is advantageous but not required
