Job Responsibility:
Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
Coordinate employee benefits administration
Assist in organizing company events and training sessions
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in HR or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems a plus
