Robert Half is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support a growing HR team in Fresno. This contract role will assist with day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring a smooth employee experience from onboarding through ongoing HR support.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and system setup
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Track compliance documents and ensure completion of required HR forms
Help prepare HR reports, audits, and employee communications
Partner with payroll and leadership to ensure accurate employee data
Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
1–3+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, or HR administrative experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience working with HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, Workday, UKG, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of California employment practices preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
