This role blends administrative excellence with meaningful employee interaction. You will be instrumental in recruitment efforts, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance tracking — helping maintain a positive and thriving workplace culture.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate hiring campaigns and seasonal recruitment efforts
Manage onboarding, background checks, and employee documentation
Assist with benefits enrollment and leave administration
Maintain compliance with California employment regulations
Track certifications, training renewals, and performance documentation
Provide frontline HR support for employee inquiries
Support employee recognition and engagement initiatives
Assist with HR reporting and workforce analytics
Requirements:
2–4 years of HR or people operations experience
Knowledge of California labor laws
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software platforms
Passion for supporting teams in service-driven environments
