A dynamic manufacturing company in San Marcos is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate full-cycle recruiting efforts including posting, screening, and scheduling interviews
Manage onboarding processes and new hire documentation
Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
Assist with compliance reporting and documentation
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
Partner with payroll on employee data and compensation updates
Assist with employee relations matters and documentation
Requirements:
3+ years of HR coordination experience
Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance standards
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
