We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately
Manage and maintain HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and updating employee information in HRIS systems
Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings to ensure compliance with company policies
Support HR compliance initiatives by monitoring and implementing regulatory requirements
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
Collaborate with various teams to enhance HR processes and improve overall efficiency
Prepare reports and analytics related to HR activities and employee data
Assist in maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information
Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding HR updates and changes
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role, preferably in onboarding and administrative support
Proficiency in using HRIS systems and familiarity with HR compliance requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing HR processes
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders
Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
