Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR functions, including onboarding, compliance, and administrative support, while ensuring a seamless employee experience. Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately
  • Manage and maintain HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and updating employee information in HRIS systems
  • Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support HR compliance initiatives by monitoring and implementing regulatory requirements
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance HR processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Prepare reports and analytics related to HR activities and employee data
  • Assist in maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information
  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding HR updates and changes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role, preferably in onboarding and administrative support
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and familiarity with HR compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing HR processes
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
