Job Responsibility:
Acting as a point of contact for employee HR questions and system navigation
Drafting and distributing internal HR communications to the organization
Coordinating and owning HR programs such as employee recognition, training tracking, and reporting
Preparing recurring HR reports and administrative documentation
Supporting HR leadership with meeting coordination, materials preparation, and event logistics
Assisting with recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding logistics), with the expectation of growing into ownership of hourly recruitment
Managing relationships with temporary staffing agencies, including tracking assignments and billing
Supporting HR systems, documentation, and compliance tracking
Maintaining strict confidentiality when handling employee and payroll‑related information
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an HR coordinator, administrative, or HR support role
Comfort supporting recruitment processes, particularly for hourly roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to learn independently and adapt in a mostly virtual training environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with SharePoint and HRIS systems are a plus
Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
