We are looking for a part-time, organized, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. In this role, you will handle various administrative tasks related to employee records, personnel updates, and leave management. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update employee personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality
Process employee changes, including manager updates and status transitions
Manage leave of absence (LOA) requests and ensure proper documentation and compliance
Assist with onboarding processes, including background checks and new employee documentation
Oversee HR administrative tasks to support a workforce of approximately 600 employees
Utilize HR tools and systems, such as ADP and SharePoint, to streamline workflows
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations
Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives and projects
Collaborate with managers to address employee-related inquiries and changes
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within Human Resources
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP and SharePoint
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
Knowledge of HR compliance and personnel record management
Ability to manage leave of absence processes and documentation
Experience with onboarding procedures
Proficient in HR administrative tasks and tools
A collaborative and proactive attitude with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
