Job Responsibility:
Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the organization
Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
Conduct background checks and verify candidate information as part of the hiring process
Utilize HRIS systems to update and track employee data effectively
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across all activities
Record meeting minutes and maintain organized documentation for HR-related discussions
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and management as needed
Manage scheduling and calendar appointments to optimize team efficiency
Provide support in various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department
Requirements:
Proven experience in onboarding and HR administrative processes
Familiarity with conducting background checks and maintaining confidentiality
Proficiency in using HRIS systems for data management and reporting
Strong knowledge of HR compliance standards and practices
Excellent organizational skills, including managing schedules and travel arrangements
Ability to take detailed meeting minutes and maintain accurate records
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior experience in calendar management and appointment scheduling
