The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR functions.
Job Responsibility:
Assists with the recruiting and interview process through applicant tracking, scheduling, communication with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates
Performs customer service function by answering employee requests and questions
Manages Outlook calendars for conference rooms
Maintains application packets, new hire packets, benefits packets, etc.
Assists with planning and coordinating employee events and decorates the office for special events
Ensures appropriate office supplies are available and provides those to employees, as needed
Files documents into employee files and prepares new employee files
Cleans and prepares office space for new hires
Makes photocopies
mails, scans, and emails documents
and performs other clerical functions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of two years related experience
Knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
Ability to interface successfully with all levels of the organization
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints and maintain workplace privacy and confidentiality at all times
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
