We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Collins, Colorado. Job Responsibility:
Oversee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Administer HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating systems
Conduct background checks in compliance with company standards
Manage HRIS systems to ensure accurate and timely data input
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory guidelines
Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
Support HR operations by addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues
Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and workflows
Monitor and maintain documentation related to HR compliance
Assist with additional administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in onboarding new employees
Solid background in human resources administration
Proficiency in conducting background checks and understanding compliance standards
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and data management
Strong knowledge of HR policies and regulatory requirements
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
