Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Prepare and send offer letters while guiding candidates through the final stages of hiring
Maintain accurate and organized activity in the applicant tracking system
Support full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer stage
Assist with roles that may involve clearance requirements, ensuring compliance throughout the process
Partner on onboarding coordination and quickly adapt to evolving processes and systems like Paycor
Requirements:
