Job Responsibility:
Coordinate smooth and engaging onboarding experiences
Support Talent Acquisition by scheduling interviews
Handle essential HR operations including calendars, documentation, compliance, and employee support
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a similar role
Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and conflict resolution techniques
Proficiency in HR administration processes, including onboarding and benefits coordination
Experience using HRIS platforms for managing employee data and generating reports
Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while taking initiative
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of HR experience preferred
SHRM certification highly preferred
