Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract to permanent basis in Boise, Idaho. This role focuses on supporting various human resources functions, including onboarding, compliance, and administrative tasks. Job Responsibility:

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
Oversee background checks and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee records
Assist in recruiting efforts by coordinating schedules and communication with candidates
Ensure HR compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Provide administrative support for HR functions, including document management and employee communications
Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and workflows
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
Track and report key HR metrics to support decision-making

Requirements:

Proven experience in human resources coordination or a related role
Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities
Strong understanding of onboarding processes and related procedures
Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
