HR Coordinator

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting including job postings, screening applicants, interview scheduling, and candidate correspondence
• Prepare and maintain onboarding schedules, ensure new hire paperwork accuracy, and coordinate lab safety training and certifications
• Manage employee records, HRIS data entry, personnel file audits, and compliance documentation
• Support benefits administration including enrollment changes, eligibility tracking, and open enrollment coordination
• Provide HR support for lab managers, engineering teams, and administrative staff
• Assist HR leadership with culture-building initiatives, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs
• Track mandatory training, credentialing, and continuing education requirements
• Maintain confidentiality at all times while acting as a trusted resource for employees

• 1–3 years of HR experience (internship or coordinator level acceptable)
• Experience in biotech, clinical, scientific research, or regulated industries preferred
• HRIS knowledge—Rippling, ADP Workforce Now, UKG, or BambooHR
• Strong writing skills and professional communication
• High attention to detail
• must be comfortable managing complex, sensitive documentation
• Ability to work independently and in a team-focused environment
