A growing East Bay organization is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and ensuring a positive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities
Maintain employee records and HRIS databases
Support recruiting efforts, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities
Process personnel changes and employment documentation
Track compliance-related training and certifications
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures
Generate HR reports and maintain confidential records
Assist with special HR projects and company initiatives
Requirements
2+ years of HR, administrative, or office support experience
Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, Paycom, Workday, or UKG preferred
