We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Coordinator to join our client’s team in the hospitality industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional employee and candidate experiences. The HR Coordinator will support a variety of human resources functions, with a strong emphasis on recruiting coordination, onboarding, and employee support. This individual will partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Support full-cycle recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with scheduling logistics
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with organizational needs
Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting initiatives and workforce planning across hospitality departments
Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and facilitating new hire orientation
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and general support
Assist with benefits administration, timekeeping, and payroll support as needed
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and HR-related events
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal employees and external candidates
Requirements:
1–3+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, or administrative roles (hospitality experience preferred)
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with employees, candidates, and leadership
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
