Job Responsibility

  • Assist with onboarding processes, including managing documentation and ensuring smooth transitions for new hires
  • Maintain compliance with records and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations
  • Conduct audits related to learning and development, assigning necessary training programs as needed
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to fill open positions on a new production line
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting HR data efficiently
  • Provide excellent employee support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Oversee background checks and ensure proper documentation for all candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and manage applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes
  • Handle internal reporting tasks to support HR operations
  • Foster a welcoming environment in the HR office, ensuring employees feel supported and valued

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and personnel file maintenance
  • Proven ability to manage onboarding processes and employee documentation
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on employee interaction
  • Experience conducting background checks and managing recruitment processes
  • Ability to adapt to interruptions and multitask in a dynamic office environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure effective HR operations
  • Experience with spreadsheets (tracking attendance)
  • Experience following processes (term/hire paperwork)
  • Experience helping with onboarding (talking to people- showing enthusiasm)
  • Experience creating flyers/posters for events
  • Experience following up with supervisors about attendance
