We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is critical in supporting recruiting efforts, coordinating interview schedules, and facilitating new permanent orientation. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate enthusiasm for talent acquisition and employee onboarding.
Job Responsibility:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process by posting positions, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate communications
Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Prepare materials and administrate logistics for new permanent orientation sessions, supporting an engaging and informative onboarding experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HRIS systems related to recruitment and onboarding
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and assist with related HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations throughout the hiring and onboarding process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1–2 years of relevant experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or HR administration
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
