We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires, and supporting various HR functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with different teams while contributing to process improvements and organizational success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary steps are completed from recruiter handoff to their first day
Track and oversee background checks, drug screenings, and immunization requirements to ensure timely and accurate completion
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to streamline communication and resolve any onboarding challenges
Explore opportunities for process improvements and bring fresh perspectives to enhance existing workflows
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, contributing to overall hiring goals and objectives
Address employee inquiries and handle verification requests with professionalism and attention to detail
Utilize HR systems, including UKG Pro, to maintain compliance and accurate record-keeping
Assist with corporate recruiting and potentially grow into full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, depending on interest
Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and organizational policies
Requirements:
Proven experience in onboarding and human resources administration
Strong knowledge of immunization protocols
Familiarity with HR systems such as UKG Pro and other HRIS platforms
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take initiative in resolving challenges
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Understanding of HR compliance standards and procedures
Interest or experience in corporate recruiting and full-cycle recruiting
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle employee inquiries and coordinate processes effectively
