We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Part-Time HR Coordinator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations in Bloomington, Minnesota. Job Responsibility
Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Assist with benefits-related processes, including coordination, documentation, and answering employee inquiries
Respond to general HR requests from employees, offering guidance and assistance as needed
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure proper documentation practices are followed
Collaborate with the team to streamline HR processes and enhance system utilization
Support onboarding activities, including background checks and orientation tasks
Occasionally assist with office coordination and facility-related needs to ensure a productive work environment
Utilize HRIS systems effectively to manage data and improve operational workflows
Ensure adherence to HR compliance requirements and policies
Requirements
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred
Proficiency with HRIS systems and knowledge of benefits administration
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with onboarding processes and related procedures
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes
Willingness to work onsite with a flexible part-time schedule
