A growing, fast-moving organization in Chicago is looking to add an HR Coordinator to their team. Job Responsibility:
Lead company-wide new hire onboarding sessions
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish
Support benefits administration and respond to employee questions
Maintain HRIS and ensure employee data stays accurate
Help drive compliance across HR processes and policies
Partner on employee relations matters and escalate when appropriate
Requirements:
2+ years of HR experience in a coordinator-type role
Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, and employee questions
Comfortable presenting to groups and communicating across teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Nice to have:
Experience onboarding large groups at once
Strong presence and confidence when leading sessions
Interest in growing within HR long-term
Ability to pivot quickly and stay on top of competing priorities
