Job Responsibility:
Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
Maintain and organize personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist with recruiting efforts such as scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and coordinating hiring processes
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries in both English and Spanish
Support HR initiatives, trainings, and employee engagement activities
Handle data entry and updates within HR systems
Requirements:
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal fluency required)
2+ years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role
Strong knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, compliance, and employee documentation
High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience working in HRIS systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization
Self-starter with a high sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through
