We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Houston, Texas. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in Human Resources, particularly in benefits administration, and a passion for supporting employees. The position involves managing day-to-day HR tasks, addressing benefit-related inquiries, and ensuring smooth employee interactions.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily HR operations with a focus on benefits administration
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits changes and provide clear information
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
Conduct background checks and verify compliance with company policies
Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee information
Ensure adherence to HR regulations and compliance standards
Support employees in resolving benefits-related concerns or issues
Collaborate with internal teams to address HR-related needs
Assist in implementing updates to benefit programs and policies
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in benefits administration
Proficiency in onboarding processes and related procedures
Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities
Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory standards
Strong communication skills for employee interaction and problem resolution
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Prior experience addressing benefits-related queries is preferred
