We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Everett, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting human resources functions, including onboarding, compliance, and administrative tasks. This position requires a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed and accurate
Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with precision and confidentiality
Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations
Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
Monitor and track HR compliance requirements, addressing any gaps proactively
Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and workflows
Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities as needed
Requirements:
Experience in onboarding and managing employee documentation processes
Familiarity with conducting background checks and maintaining compliance standards
Proficiency in using HRIS systems for record management
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and team members
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks
Previous experience in a human resources role or similar position
