We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented temporary HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in West LA. This role is ideal for someone with prior HR support experience who can help manage day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding coordination, and administrative processes in a fast-paced environment. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR functions while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate and support daily Human Resources operations
Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation scheduling
Maintain and update employee records and HR files
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related appointments
Support benefits administration and other employee-related processes
Prepare employment documents, reports, and correspondence
Enter and maintain data in HR systems and databases
Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries appropriately
Assist with compliance-related documentation and recordkeeping
Support special HR projects and general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous HR coordinator, HR assistant, or administrative support experience preferred
Familiarity with basic HR processes, employee records, and onboarding procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
High school diploma required
