We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will play a key part in streamlining recruitment processes, ensuring smooth scheduling, and maintaining exceptional communication with candidates and stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide a positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring alignment with stakeholder availability and prompt communication with candidates
Provide timely updates to the recruiting team and stakeholders regarding interview schedules and any changes
Schedule debrief meetings within 24 hours of interviews and address scheduling conflicts proactively
Document standard operating procedures and administrative tasks to ensure consistency in recruitment processes
Participate in system implementation sessions and create templates for candidate and scheduling needs
Act as the main point of contact for recruiting events under the supervision of the HR Director
Assist in creating LinkedIn sourcing projects and building a database of sourcing techniques
Attend kick-off meetings for new positions and offer scheduling insights to enhance candidate experience
Track and report scheduling metrics weekly to the People team
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the recruitment workflow and recommend actionable solutions
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar administrative role
Strong knowledge of HR systems, including Greenhouse and other HRIS platforms
Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR compliance standards
Ability to handle background checks and other sensitive HR administrative tasks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice to have:
Experience working in early-stage startups is a plus
PHR certification or equivalent is preferred
