Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support key talent acquisition and onboarding activities. This role will be heavily focused on recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Based on general knowledge.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and managing candidate pipelines
  • Schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records within the ATS
  • Assist with offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment documentation
  • Coordinate and support new hire onboarding, including orientation scheduling and completion of onboarding paperwork
  • Partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure timely hiring and onboarding processes
  • Track recruitment and onboarding metrics and provide administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an HR, recruiting coordinator, or HR coordinator role
  • Experience supporting recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Must have experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related systems
