We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support key talent acquisition and onboarding activities. This role will be heavily focused on recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Based on general knowledge.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate recruiting activities, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and managing candidate pipelines
Schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records within the ATS
Assist with offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment documentation
Coordinate and support new hire onboarding, including orientation scheduling and completion of onboarding paperwork
Partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure timely hiring and onboarding processes
Track recruitment and onboarding metrics and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
1+ years of experience in an HR, recruiting coordinator, or HR coordinator role
Experience supporting recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Must have experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related systems
