Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Hartselle, Alabama. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and is eager to support various human resources administrative tasks. Job Responsibility:

Provide support for employee benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely execution
Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal regulations
Manage and update HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Process personnel forms and maintain accurate employee records
Assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation and initial paperwork
Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and workflows
Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to share HR-related information
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with organizational goals

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role - ideally 3 years
Strong knowledge of employee benefits and related processes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with compliance requirements and HR regulations
Proficiency in using HRIS and maintaining HR databases
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
