We are looking for a tech-savvy HR Technician to support our partner, a multinational pharmaceutical company, in a high-volume transactional role. Job Responsibility:
Accurately enter data into various systems (Workday, ADP, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
Ensure updates and verify the accuracy of employee records
Support the team with the administrative management of absences and leaves of absence, as needed ...
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality
Perform any other administrative tasks related to HR processing as required
Requirements:
Academic background in Human Resources Management
Bilingual, as internal communications may take place in both languages
HR experience through an internship or in a corporate setting (an asset)
Comfortable with technology
