A growing construction company is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven HR Coordinator to support daily HR and office operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a true “jack of all trades” who thrives on structure, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and brings exceptional accuracy to every task. The position is based in Tulsa with regular commuting to Muskogee required.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes
Facilitate employee orientations and assist with training coordination
Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
Support compliance efforts and ensure proper recordkeeping
Track employee data, certifications, and training schedules using Microsoft Excel
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Provide office management support, including supplies, coordination, and administrative oversight
Serve as a liaison between field employees, management, and corporate leadership
Support additional HR and administrative functions as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of HR or administrative experience (construction or blue-collar environment preferred)
Extremely strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
Experience with Google Docs/Google Workspace (a plus)
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Ability to wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Muskogee as needed
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
