We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator in Augusta, Georgia. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR processes and a commitment to supporting organizational values.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including offer letters, background checks, orientations, and exit processes
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HRIS data
Support recruiting efforts: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Assist with benefits administration and bi-weekly payroll processing
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and ESOP communications
Ensure compliance with employment laws, audits, and HR reporting
Assist with special projects and occasional accounting data support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Solid understanding of HR principles and employment regulations
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
Nice to have:
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Rippling experience a plus
