As an HR Coordinator, you’ll handle a variety of HR administrative tasks and provide first-line support to employees and managers. Your focus will be on recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and corresponding with candidates
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS data
Administer employee benefits and support open enrollment
Help manage HR compliance and reporting requirements
Address employee inquiries and support HR-related projects
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in human resources or administrative support
Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
Experience with HRIS platforms strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality standards
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
