Job Responsibility:
Provide high‑level support to senior leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and handling confidential communications with discretion
Keep operations running smoothly through document preparation, records management, clerical oversight, and employment verification
Assist HR leadership with research, data analysis, and special projects designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Help develop, maintain, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization
Prepare and monitor budgets, process financial transactions, track expenditures, and support both operating and capital budget planning
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, manage surveys and compliance audits, and ensure accurate HR system recordkeeping
Actively support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts that promote a welcoming, inclusive workplace
Assist with benefits reconciliation, system access, and ensure adherence to HR compliance standards
Engage in ongoing learning and process enhancements to continuously elevate HR services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources coordination or administrative support roles
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and HR administration tasks
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with HR compliance standards and onboarding processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data collection and reporting
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration and policy implementation
Ability to work independently while supporting team initiatives
