We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. This role involves managing key human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with organizational policies. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining employee records, fostering effective communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the collection and accurate entry of data required for benefits administration
Communicate updates regarding benefits coverage, employment status changes, and family or dependent updates to relevant stakeholders such as brokers and insurance carriers
Maintain and organize performance review results and related salary adjustments
Partner with department heads to review and update job descriptions as roles evolve
Safeguard employee records by ensuring confidentiality and maintaining integrity in file management
Draft and manage official documents such as offer letters, counseling statements, and separation letters
Develop new job descriptions for emerging roles within the organization
Provide support to the HR Director when required, including collaborative initiatives
Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred
Demonstrated experience in HR management, including talent acquisition and workforce planning
Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
Proficiency in managing multiple projects and tasks with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes is advantageous
Competency in data entry and relevant HR systems
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality
