We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this contract role, you will play a key part in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Job Responsibility:
Prepare and distribute offer letters, onboarding materials, and orientation schedules to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, coordinate training sessions, and manage HR-related communications
Maintain personnel files and HR records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Address employee inquiries promptly, providing attentive and efficient support
Ensure all HR documentation and recruitment files are complete, accurate, and ready for audits
Support compliance efforts by assisting with audits and internal initiatives
Track and analyze HR metrics related to recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance
Coordinate internal events, such as training programs, job fairs, and team-building activities
Contribute to company-wide HR communications and efforts to enhance employee engagement
Requirements:
Proven experience in onboarding and recruitment processes
Strong knowledge of HR administration and best practices
Familiarity with conducting background checks and maintaining compliance with HR regulations
Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for data management
Demonstrated understanding of HR compliance requirements and procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and management
