Job Responsibility:
Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems
Process and input new employee data with accuracy and attention to detail
Conduct thorough personal reference checks for prospective employees
Support onboarding activities to facilitate a seamless experience for new team members
Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee information and ensure compliance
Ensure adherence to human resources compliance standards and organizational policies
Collaborate with team members to improve HR workflows and processes
Provide general administrative assistance to support the HR department's functions
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field
Familiarity with onboarding procedures and practices
Proficiency in conducting background and reference checks
Experience using HRIS systems to manage employee data
Solid understanding of HR compliance and regulations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset
