This is a long-term contract position where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail while assisting with compliance and documentation processes.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and organize employee files to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
Assist with onboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Conduct background checks and support other pre-employment processes
Collaborate on HR documentation and project-related tasks to enhance workflow efficiency
Utilize HRIS systems to manage and update employee records effectively
Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and regulations within all processes
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling and communication
Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
Facilitate the preparation and tracking of reports and data relevant to HR operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in Human Resources administration or coordination
Familiarity with onboarding processes and compliance requirements
Strong knowledge of pre-employment workflows and related procedures
Proficiency in using HRIS systems and managing employee records
Understanding of HR compliance standards and regulations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in HR matters
